How can I help?

I work with you to understand your pain points, assess current processes and identify areas for improvement or development to help you streamline and work in inclusive and effective ways - this can be across team workflow, communication and processes and any of the dynamics in between! Where appropriate, I'm able to take a hands on approach to developing the process and tools needed to make this happen, with training and knowledge transfer to the team as needed - my goals is to help you feel equipped, effective and engaged.

Whether you're a leader who is feeling overwhelmed, struggling to manage your time or delegate effectively, or find yourself avoiding the key conversations, I can help. I offer one to one leadership coaching session designed to support leaders in building confidence, refine their leadership approach, improve decision-making skills, and increase emotional intelligence - all key skills that help leaders to enable their teams to work better! Or perhaps you are looking for a regular space to reflect on any peaks and troughs in your work life, creating space to make sense of all sorts of things and help you feel equipped to think about things differently. Either way, when our leaders are at their best, the teams feel it! 

Drawing from years of leading and developing teams of different sizes I know the the impact of change on teams - my approach is to create a space where teams are able to develop as both individuals and as a collective. I focus on enhancing collaboration, communication, and performance through facilitated sessions that enable teams to develop a growth mindset and engage in the process of change. My coaching approach will facilitate key conversations, help to develop relationships that improve collaboration and performance, ultimately maximizing the collective potential of your team.

I'm here to support organisations who are looking to optimise in-house recruitment and talent acquisition performance and teams to support their business goals. I also bring an expert approach to finding you top talent as 'recruitment consultant' if required with extensive hands-on experience recruiting and filling roles at all levels. I cover anything from reviewing your recruitment documents and workflows, to developing in house recruitment capability, to key recruitment projects and right through to supporting the development and activation of your strategic objectives so that you're able to progress the way you would like to.
